Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At NuSkin Beauty, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure a personalised and unhurried treatment experience.

We kindly ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be provided for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may result in the loss of the booking deposit or a cancellation fee.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full prepayment when booking future treatments.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will always do our best to accommodate genuine circumstances where possible.
Deposit Policy
A booking deposit may be required to secure appointments, particularly for advanced or longer treatments.
Deposits help reserve your treatment time and ensure availability for all clients.
Please note:

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to another appointment when the required notice period is provided.

Deposits may be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled outside the cancellation policy or if the client does not attend the appointment.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays can happen; however, arriving late may impact the quality of your treatment and the appointments of other clients.
Clients arriving late may have their treatment shortened to ensure the clinic schedule remains on time.
If the delay is significant, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply.
To receive the full benefit of your treatment, we recommend arriving a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Refund Policy
All services provided at NuSkin Beauty are non-refundable once the treatment has been performed.
Due to the nature of professional skin treatments and the time reserved for each appointment, we are unable to offer refunds for completed services.
If you have purchased a treatment package, unused treatments may be transferred to another suitable service at the discretion of the clinic but are not refundable.
Retail products may be exchanged if faulty or damaged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Promotional Offer & Special Pricing Policy
From time to time, NuSkin Beauty may offer limited-time promotional pricing or special package offers. These promotions are designed to provide exceptional value while allocating dedicated treatment time and resources.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following conditions apply to services booked under promotional or discounted pricing.

Appointments secured under a promotional offer require a deposit at the time of booking.

Please note the following terms:
• Promotional appointments may only be rescheduled once with the required notice period.
• If a promotional appointment is cancelled with less than the required notice or repeatedly rescheduled, the promotional price may no longer be honoured.
• In these circumstances, the treatment may be rebooked at the standard treatment price, subject to availability.
• Deposits for promotional services are non-refundable.

Promotional offers are designed to reward clients who are ready to proceed with treatment within the promotional period. For this reason, promotional pricing cannot be extended beyond the stated offer dates.

NuSkin Beauty reserves the right to decline future bookings where repeated cancellations, rescheduling, or non-attendance disrupt the clinic schedule.
Packages and Pre-Paid Treatment Policy
NuSkin Beauty offers treatment packages and pre-paid treatment plans to provide clients with greater value and support optimal skin results through a structured treatment approach.
Please note the following terms for all packages and pre-paid treatments:
• Packages must be paid in full prior to commencement unless otherwise stated.
• All packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Packages are valid for the treatment specified at the time of purchase and cannot be substituted for other services without clinic approval.
• Packages have a validity period, which will be advised at the time of purchase. Treatments must be completed within this timeframe.
• Unused sessions within an expired package may be forfeited.
Packages are intended to support consistent treatment progress and therefore regular attendance is recommended to achieve optimal results.
NuSkin Beauty reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional packages at any time.
Safety and Contraindication Policy
Client safety is the highest priority at NuSkin Beauty. All treatments are performed following a thorough consultation and skin assessment to ensure suitability.
Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions may represent contraindications to specific treatments.
For this reason:
• Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information during consultation.
• Clients must inform the clinic of any changes to their health, medications, or skin condition before each treatment.
• Treatments may be modified, postponed, or declined if it is determined that the treatment may not be safe.
Examples of contraindications may include, but are not limited to:
• Pregnancy (for certain treatments)
• Active infections or open skin lesions
• Certain medications that affect skin sensitivity
• Recent cosmetic procedures
• Medical conditions affecting healing or skin integrity
NuSkin Beauty reserves the right to decline treatment where it is considered unsafe or not in the client’s best interest.
Aftercare and Client Responsibility Policy
Following professional skin treatments, appropriate aftercare is essential to support skin recovery and achieve the best possible results.
At NuSkin Beauty, clients receive personalised aftercare guidance following treatments such as skin needling, peels, HIFU, RF, and advanced skin therapies.
Clients acknowledge that they are responsible for:
• Following the recommended aftercare instructions provided
• Avoiding activities or products that may interfere with the healing process
• Using prescribed home care products where recommended
• Informing the clinic promptly if any unexpected reactions occur
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact treatment outcomes and increase the risk of irritation or complications.
NuSkin Beauty cannot accept responsibility for adverse outcomes that may occur when aftercare instructions are not followed.
